Paul and Clare: Cardiff Wedding

Paul and Clare really wanted their wedding to reflect them and their passions and the love they have for one another. Their wedding day began the usual excitement and laughter, nerves and last minute dashing, ironing, pruning, glaming.
Paul and Clare chose to have two wedding ceremonies. The first, an intimate family affair at the very cute and fairytale Castle Coch. They then travelled back into Cardiff for a blessing ceremony in front of family and friends. In between ceremonies we had the pleasure of taking these guys off for their couple shots. Clare works with Musuems and Archives, so had permission for us to use National Museum Cardiff for some of their shots. It was such fun traipsing these two through exhibitions with the public gazing on in wonder. I tell you now, these guys seriously lapped it up!
We then headed on to their second ceremony and there the party began. The details at this wedidng were immense. Large illuminated signs, macaroons by the bucket load, stunning flowers, precious memories. One of my favourite details had to be the table confetti made from old Mills and Boon romance novels, as a reminder of Clares Grandma. They also had the most amazing Croquembouche. A french creation of profiteroles, cream, chocolate and caramel. Amazing I tell thee! Paul was seriously excited about this. He was more than happy to skip straight on to the dessert!
A lovely day for a really lovely couple. Thank you guys x o&c
